The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Manager, their team and the wider sales teams to facilitate in the co-ordination of sales, enquiries and complaints, acting as the internal coordinator within KCS to ensure that customer expectations are managed, met and that they receive excellent service.

KPI driven with focus on managing multiple tasks to include supplier coordination for deliveries, checking customer orders, supporting the sales teams with furniture enquiries and opportunities whilst supporting larger projects, and driving compliance to maximise sales.

 Key Duties

  • To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and the execution of actions to resolve customer queries
  • To support the planning of delivery dates and multiple supplier customer orders
  • The monitoring and measuring of sales and service activities on larger projects to ensure that delivery and implementation plans are delivered on time
  • To communicate to both customers and suppliers and coordinate within the sales function on large new build schools and as and when required on general furniture projects
  • To act as an escalation point for customer queries, orders and discrepancies on furniture
  • To ensure that all furniture orders are processed on time and in accordance with supplier and customer expectations
  • Updating the CRM system and utilising the ordering system
  • Working closely with the furniture buyer and procurement departments with regards to furniture sourcing, supplier contact and furniture sales
  • Supporting the Key Accounts team with furniture tenders and activities
  • Maintenance and reporting off project related orders and invoice forecast on a weekly basis
