Home-based - National Business Development Manager (Education Sales) - South of UK

We are looking for a highly experienced National Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Education market (mainly in the South East, South West and Midlands) by delivering high impact results from large groups of customers.

This is an exciting strategic role that focuses on creating, building and owning lasting relationships with specific customer groups within the early year’s foundation stage (EYFS) sector. This is a national role that will represent KCS as the obvious choice for early year’s supplies and services through pipelining, new customer acquisition, account management and delivering forward-looking propositions. As an expert and established BDM in the EYFS space the candidate will bring demonstrable success and a clear understanding of the world of nurseries.

A key part of the role is to demonstrate why KCS are the best supplier that can meet the customer’s needs and provide them with value every single day. Our customers are very busy and face tough challenges in their roles, our ethos is to make their lives easier, save them time and save them money….we need someone special to deliver this promise to our customers.

As part of the wider EYFS and education teams the role is critical in our WIN, GROW and KEEP, therefore it is critical to be able to work as part of a successful and winning team. Customer retention through exceptional levels of customer service is a key part of the role.

A fully target driven role based on achieving results through strategic and tactical activity which includes customer visit KPIs, pipeline growth, customer conversions and new customer acquisition supported with a monthly commission reward package. The role involves high levels of visits, phone calls and customer interaction across the UK.
