Account Manager - £28,000 per annum plus Commission, plus Company Car

Your Role

We are looking for a motivated and hungry Account Manager to drive our future growth by owning and managing a portfolio of customer accounts in Greater London, Berkshire, Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting fast-paced role that focuses on volume interactions with schools, academies, businesses and councils across a defined territory to persuade customers to switch to KCS, stay with KCS and ensure KCS is their chosen, trusted supplier.

A key part of the role is to demonstrate why KCS are the best supplier that can meet the customer’s needs and provide them with value every single day. Our customers are very busy and face tough challenges in their roles, our ethos is to make their lives easier, save them time and save them money….we need someone special to deliver this promise to our customers.

As part of the wider Field Sales Team, Account Managers are critical in our GROW and KEEP strategies that provides, therefore it is critical to be able to work as part of a successful and winning team. Customer retention through exceptional levels of customer service is a key part of the role.

A fully target driven role based on achieving results through volume activity which includes daily visit KPIs, conversions of visit to sale and new customer acquisition supported with a monthly commission reward package. The role involves high levels of visits, phone calls and customer interaction.

You Will Have

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • The ability to negotiate and close
  • Experience in account management and understanding the customer sales cycle
  • A tenacious and target driven attitude to ensure you maximise  revenue with established accounts
