We are looking to recruit an Interim Executive Resourcer in our Recruitment division, you will increase and develop the Connect2Staff candidate base and support the delivery of excellent service to our clients. 

Your Role/Key Duties 

  • Place adverts and source candidates using available media such as job boards, social media, internal databases, advertising and referrals.
  • Match and select suitable candidates from applications received, screening candidates over the telephone and face to face.
  • Book and conduct candidate registrations both on and off site, building relationships with candidates at all levels both in person and on the telephone.
  • Administration of placements including confirmation of assignments, completion of compliance and preemployment checks in line with SLAs including DBS checks, referencing, right to work etc.
  • Inputting all relevant information relating to vacancies and candidates on to the internal CRM system.
  • Provide potential sales leads from reference checking, candidate base, social media and word of mouth to consultants within the Omnia group.
  • Work with the recruitment consultants and the management team to fully understand the requirements of our clients and support them in resolving customer queries.
  • Have an awareness of the market in which you operate and seizing opportunities to grow our candidate base particularly in difficult to fill / niche sectors.

 

You Will Have

  • Experience in Composing professional emails and letters
  • Experience using Social Media
  • Understanding of what makes up GP and margins and fee calculations
  • The ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences in person, on the telephone and in writing
  • A can-do approach, looking for solutions rather than focusing on an issue and expecting the same from others
