Professional Services have a vacancy for an Account Specialists to identify and contact current fleet and MFD customers using available data in order to keep and grow a strong and sustainable pipeline of contract opportunities, through advice and quotes whilst working closely with the wider team to help deliver business targets and growth.

The Role

Identify and contact current customers using available data in order to keep and grow a strong and sustainable pipeline of contract opportunities, through advice and quotes whilst working closely with the wider team to help deliver business targets and growth.

Key Duties

  • Identify decision makers and develop strong customer relationships throughout the UK to build a pipeline of sales opportunities, identifying, planning, quoting, overcoming customer objections and closing the sale.
  • Using available systems, capture and record accurately customer’s current and future contract supply details.
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to and from education and corporate customers throughout the UK.
  • Work jointly with suppliers to achieve annual growth targets.

Such other duties, commensurate with the grading of the post that may be assigned by the Head of Department or their nominee.
