The Energy division is recruiting for a Sales Team Leader for the Lumina team. The role’s key responsibility will be to manage a team of energy consultants in hitting team sales targets, whilst ensuring that all existing and prospective customers receive the highest standards of service.

The role will involve supporting the team with all sales activities, including; sales coaching, CRM system training, industry training, holding buzz sessions and regular 1-2-1s. The role will report to the Senior Sales Team Leader and will support the overall business sales performance and focus on continued improvement and growth.

The candidate will require strong communication skills, the ability to motivate a team against challenging targets, be able to prioritise & multi-task and be committed to the team hitting sales targets.

Candidates will have experience working with an outbound telesales team, have a tenacious ‘can do’ attitude and be capable of quickly developing knowledge in a complex and changing industry.
