An exciting role has arisen in our Professional Services Team, we are operating an electric vehicle “Try Before you Buy” scheme on behalf of KCC and are looking for a Customer Assistant Apprentice who will help us to offer exceptional customer service to all prospective clients.

The role will suit a proactive, flexible, and personable individual who is keen to develop a career in customer service. The role will be part of an Apprenticeship scheme, the Customer Assistant Apprentice will be part of a small team, who will work together to ensure the service runs smoothly. The tasks will be varied, from liaising face to face with customers, to managing bookings, to arranging vehicle repairs and cleaning vehicles but at all stages they will be putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

You will need to have a Full Clean Driving Licence for the role as you will be required to move vehicles locally.
