The Recruiter Awards are a prestigious event for the recruitment community, recognising outstanding achievements within the sector.

This year, Commercial Services Group (CSG) Recruitment Division have been shortlisted for:

• Best Client Service (Connect2Hampshire, a joint partnership between CSG and Hampshire County Council)
• Most Effective Back Office Operation

Our expert back-office operation plays a critical role in driving efficiencies and scalability for our partners while providing unrivalled compliance driven by public sector heritage. The operation consists of our Supplier Enrolment & Contracts team, Quality Assurance & Compliance team, and Pay & Bill team.

Further to this, CSG holds the most comprehensive regulatory audit in recruitment.  Setting the gold standard within the industry, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Audited accreditation covers compliance as well as the REC Code of Professional Practice, out of REC’s total of 5,000+ members, only 119 hold REC Audited status.
